SUNKING
Spacious thirty six by twelve feet, three bedroomed caravan, they have a double bedroom with room heater, two twin bedrooms and one make up bed in the living area. Each caravan has a microwave and fridge freezer. With regret no pets.

SUNWAY
Thirty five feet long, they have a double bedroom with room heater, two twin bedrooms and one double make-up bed in the living area. Each caravan has a microwave oven and fridge. With regret no pets.

SUNRISE
Modern but older version of the Sunway. They include a room heater in bedroom. Each caravan has a microwave oven and fridge. With regret no pets.

SUNCREST
Spacious twenty eight foot long, twelve foot wide caravan, with winter insulation, most new for 08/09. They have a large double bedroom, one twin bedroom with room heaters in both bedrooms. One double make up bed in the lounge area. Each caravan has a microwave and fridge. With regret no pets.

SUNBEAM
These 2010 caravan holiday homes are all twenty eight feet long, ten feet wide, they have one double bedroom with room heater, one twin bedroom and a make up double bed in the living area. The kitchen has a microwave oven. All are double glazed and feature extra insulation. With regret no pets.

SUNSEEKER
These modern caravans are twenty eight by ten foot and come with one double with heater, one twin room and make up in lounge area. The Kitchen has a microwave and fridge. With regret no pets.

SUNSAVER
Ideal for the more budget conscious family these caravan holiday homes are of a reasonable standard and fully equipped with layouts as Sunseeker. Pets are welcome & charged at £25 each p/wk.

OCCUPANTS
The stated number of berths must not be exceeded, including children and babies. Groups of young people will not be permitted.

Full amount must be paid before caravan can be pitched – Seasonal
rates include electrical service charge and some unit charges.
Unit costs are governed by the energy supplier. Current rate is available from reception.



Holiday Insurance

CANCELLATION INSURANCE SCHEME
£20.00 per unit, per week will be added to your holiday confirmation for Cancellation/ Curtailment Insurance or £12.50 for touring bookings per unit per week.
The appropriate premium must be included with your holiday deposit. Cover will apply automatically to each member of the party, named in the booking form, if they
have to cancel or cut short their holiday due to illness, injury, redundancy, jury service, unforeseen occupation posting damage to home or police request following burglary.
Please note that there is no protection if you merely ‘change your mind’. An excess of £30 will be applied other than claims for loss of deposit only.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
On receipt of the Certificate, please read it carefully. If the insurance does not meet
your requirements please return it within seven days of issue, but before departure date.
Provided no claim has been made your premium will be refunded in full.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Wishpool Ltd., as the operator of this insurance scheme, has to bring to your attention some of the important features of this insurance scheme:

  • Insurance Policy: this contains full details of the cover provided plus the conditions and exclusions which apply to it. You must read the insurance policy carefully.
  • Conditions, Exclusions and Warranties: there are conditions and exclusions which apply to individual sections and general conditions, exclusions and warranties which apply to the whole policy.
  • Health: the policy contains conditions relating to the health of the people travelling and others upon whose well being the trip may depend.
  • Policy Excesses: claims under most sections of the policy will be subject to an excess. Where there is an excess, you will be responsible for paying the first part of a claim.
  • Reasonable Care: you are required to take all reasonable care to protect yourself and your property and to act as though you are not insured.
  • “Cooling off’ Period: the policy may contain a ‘cooling off’ period which allows you to return the policy and obtain a full refund if you have a justifiable reason to be dissatisfied with the cover provided.
  • Hazardous Holiday Activities: the policy may not cover you when you take part in certain hazardous activities, e.g.: scuba diving. If you want cover for such activities you may need to arrange a specialist policy.
  • UK Law allows the parties to choose the law applicable to the contract. The contract will be subject to English Law unless otherwise agreed.
