What is the cancellation window?
The cancellation window is 48 hours prior to arrival or 7 days prior to arrival during school holiday dates.

We'd like to ask all our guests to please not travel if you are feeling unwell or are displaying any of the Coronavirus symptoms.
Upon arrival when visiting our reception, a system will be in place to maintain social distancing guidelines.
Please adhere to social distancing guidelines.
We will also be implementing new ways to enter and exit the facilities that are available, again to help everyone maintain the new social distancing guidelines. Signage will be in place to help guests observe the new procedures.
New hand sanitiser stations will be introduced to enable guests to maintain hand hygiene.
If a guest suspects they may have Coronavirus whilst on holiday with us, we will ask them kindly to cut their break short and return home in line with Government guidelines.
We will be introducing new procedures to enable social distancing guidelines to be observed in our facilities.
We encourage all guests to wear a face covering whilst visiting our park, we trust that you are willing to play your part in protecting yourself and others. In line with government guidance where a two metre social distance cannot be maintained a face covering will be mandatory.
Reasonable excuses include:
• Young children under 11.
• Not being able to put on, wear or remove a face covering because of a physical or mental illness or impairment, or disability.
• If you are travelling with or providing assistance to someone who relies on lip reading to communicate.
• If putting on, wearing or removing a face covering will cause you severe distress (please bring a proof of eligibility for exemption and we will provide you with a suitable indicator that helps our team identify you as exempt. We understand that proof may vary in the form of Sunflower Lanyards, diagnosis letters to exemption cards, with the situation varying between each family and individual. Our reception team are trained to be discreet and compassionate on this).
For Deano’s, our takeaway, we are launching a brand new online ordering process. Guests will be asked to order online and can opt-in to have their order be delivered or collected.
If guests opt-in to collect there will be a queuing system implemented, along with dedicated routes in and out of Castaways to ensure social distancing guidelines can be met.
Our team will be observing social distancing guidance when delivering takeaway food to caravans or pitches.
Our shop will adopt similar measures to those that guests will have seen in shops near their homes. There will be a queuing system implemented, along with dedicated routes in and out to ensure social distancing guidelines can be met.
In public areas, there will be a particular focus on cleaning high touch areas (including tabletops, counters, door handles and basket handles) and hand sanitiser will be available for our guests.
We will be encouraging contactless methods of payment wherever possible.
