  • 2. If you don’t know your new dates, transfer your money to credit your Tencreek account to be redeemed against a future holiday
  • 3. Cancel your booking and receive a no quibble refund**

What is the cancellation window?

The cancellation window is 48 hours prior to arrival or 7 days prior to arrival during school holiday dates.
