AA Inspection 74% increased to 81%

Tencreek was inspected recently by the AA--Great news for customers and staff alike--Tencreek has seen its grading mark increase from 74% to 81%

The Inspectors comments below are very encouraging and congratulations are due to the park management and staff:

"The weather was appalling at the time of my visit and the grounds team are to be commended for their dedication to produce very well maintained areas, especially within touring fields. It was a real pleasure to observe the two new amenities blocks for 2011 season. The design and range of facilities meets the needs of the modern traveller and the quality of fixtures and fittings have that ‘wow’ factor. The increased privacy provision with the large shower/wc & whb rooms is an additional benefit and, within the new blocks, a diligent approach to cleanliness was observed.

 In terms of AA Quality Standards, Tencreek Holiday Park continues to achieve a Holiday Centre designation within The AA Caravan & Camping Scheme, with an increased Quality Score of 81%, to reflect the excellent improvements since our last assessment."
