Art in the city festival returns to Truro

This April, Truro welcomes the return of the Art in the City Festival, one of Cornwall's stellar events in recent times. 

Now in its fourth year, the festival is celebrated throughout a number of venues across the city; which come together to admire the wealth of artistic masterpieces which are locked within this region.

One of the highlights during the festival is the Big Art competition, where 16 artists are challenged to create their very own piece of work whilst taking influence from the streets of Truro. All of the pieces are then exhibited for a week before being auctioned off at the Big Art Auction.

If creating art isn’t your forte, why not come along to the Art Car Boot? Whether you're a bargain hunter or a fearsome collector, it gives the opportunity to uncover some real gems at usually minimal prices.
