BBC Stargazing live returns to the Eden Project
The Eden Project, one of Cornwall's most famous and iconic landmarks, has teamed up with the BBC to feature an educational event simply out of this world.
BBC Stargazing live is to return to the Eden Project as part of a three night series of programmes on BBC2. It gives the public the chance to gain an insight into the vast realms outer space, using professional telescopes to observe stars and other planets. If you can't grasp the art of astronomy yourself, why not listen to the experts, explaining the actions of the night sky, as well as the many mysterious happenings that have been observed throughout history. There is also a workshop for children, allowing them to learn about the locations of the famed moon landings and introducing them to outer space.
This completely free event will take place on Tuesday 17th January, offering a fantastic family event to visit while staying in some of the Cornwall caravan parks during the period.
