Ben Howard set for blinding Truro performance
Ben Howard, one of Britain’s most promising folk artists, has confirmed he will be performing in Truro, bringing the incredible sounds of his debut album to the Cornish city.
The folk singer, who is said to take influences from the great Joni Mitchell and Bob Dylan, will visit the city as part of a mammoth UK tour before getting back on the road in Europe. Signed to Island Records, Howard has already been causing waves of excitement within the folk genre, with his debut singles 'Old Pine' and 'The Wolves' receiving positive reviews from the public and critics alike. His debut album, Every Kingdom, saw top ten success in the UK album chart, eventually peaking at number seven. He has also released two singles,
