*To make a booking, at least one guest must be aged 18 or over. We cannot accept bookings where the entire group is aged 16 or 17. Please note that our security deposit applies to all guests, regardless of age. For example, if a booking consists of 1 guest aged 18 or over and 3 guests aged 16 or 17, a security deposit of £100 per person (£400 total) will apply. See full terms and conditions here.
