Modify your Flexi-Rate booking

We’re sorry to hear you need to change your plans.

To allow us to arrange the changes all you need to do is meet the following criteria and complete the form below:

• Let us know within the cancellation window*.
• Have booked a ‘Flexi-Rate’ package

Once you have completed the form below you will receive an email within 5 working days.

*The cancellation form needs to be completed by 4pm 48hrs prior to arrival outside of school holiday dates and by 4pm 7 days prior to arrival within school holiday dates. You can move your booking to another time, simply paying the difference of the cost if the new holiday is higher than your original holiday.

**Refunds maybe subject to a Flexi-Rate fee. Click here to see flexi-rate fees.  There are no fees should you cancel 56 days or more prior to arrival.
