Dairyland Farm Park is now one of the oldest farm parks in the UK, having been established back in 1975. The park continues to grow, and alongside its farm animals, such as cows, sheep, pigs, goats, and ponies, families can enjoy a Bug Zone, a Digger Zone, a nature trail, and a zip wire.
The indoor play area is one of the best in the county, with ball pools, slides and climbing frames, to name just some of the attractions.
Mel Dougherty, who works at Dairyland Farm Park, told us what families can enjoy during a visit and why Cornwall is a great location to visit regardless of the weather.
“Dairyland is a fun-filled day. We have lots of farm animals to meet. We have a small animal area, Pat a pet, where you can meet and stroke a rabbit or guinea pig!
“We have exotics too! We have indoor and outdoor play areas. All our activity areas are undercover; just walking from place to place isn’t.
“Our indoor soft play area boosts a nearly 500 sqft area across two levels. We have drop slides, tunnel slides and plenty of space to climb and spin! We have a separate toddler area, with its own two-level play area with a ball pool and slides.”
The whole of Dairyland Farm Park will be open from 1st April to September, with regular events and extra activities throughout the season.
